I DROPPED 160 POUNDS AND I FEEL GREAT!! Hi, my name is Karen Holton and this is the true story of my personal emancipation! I have found a way to happiness, health, and abundance amidst a world filled with fear, pain and scarcity, and I want to share my story with you. I was sick all of my life. I was back in the hospital in 1956 with polio at only 6 weeks of age! I weighed 250 pounds by the time I was 21, and my top weight after the birth of my second child was 320 pounds. I suffered acutely and chronically from fibromialgia, CFS, arthritis, colitis, migraine headaches, depression, TMJ, PTSD, eczema, allergies, tinnitus, hearing loss, and extensive food and environmental sensitivities. I needed a program that was cheap, easy, quick with a pay-off and fun or else I knew I wouldn’t keep it up! I came up with one even better than that.
